Abstract [sv]
Every company needs, on a regular basis, control and make an overview of its economy, organization and employees. Normally this is an internal matter but if someone outside the organization make the analyze it will be more objective. AB Halmstads Gummifabrik (HGF) is a company mainly focused on producing rubbercarpets for vehicles, but other rubber products as well. HGF's strategy is to create a profile of development and problemsolving. We have discovered the needs of changes and in production and organization.
