Abstract [sv]

The thesis handles issues regarding information and communication within R&D team. It is a qualitative thesis based on six interviews made in the choosen casecompany Saab Automobile AB. It inflicts the undertaking problems of inadequate education with difficulties in understanding the true benefit of the information and communication process. The study points to the fact that a written policy for information handling within the company and the team is essential to evolve a successful workprocess.
