Ragn-Sells Specialavfall AB in Halmstad run operations within the area of chemical waste products. One take care of all materials from paint tins, aerosols and oil filters to be recycled by the unique "Kryoprocess". The waste is frozen down to a temperature of -180°C with the aid of liquid nitrogen. The waste is then broken down in a grinding mill and separated to be recycled. Our task has consisted of effectualising the emptying of the "Kryo-boxes" where the waist is collected in. The biggest demand has been to reduce the manual work. The result of the project has resulted in a new way to handle the emptying of the boxes. An idea of a half-automatic working station where all the moments that is included in the emptying process will be handled.
