Abstract [sv]
Studiens syfte var att belysa sjuksköterskestuderandes upplevelse av omvårdnadshandledning i samband med den kliniska praktiken. I studien ingick fyra studenter som intervjuades. Det studenterna upplevde i handledningen var trygghet och tillit, bekräftelse, kunskap och reflektion samt processen i gruppen. De upplevde möjlighet till reflektion över sina tankar, känslor och handlingar utifrån sina och andras situation vilket leder till ökad handlingsberedskap. Det framkom att studenterna önskade handledning tidigt i deras utbildning för att öka handlingsberedskap och trygghet i studentrollen.
