Abstract [sv]
SimNeuro is a 10-point bachelor thesis-project within the Computer Science Engineering program, 120-points, at Halmstad University. The project is developed for CCA (Centre for Computer Architecture), which is a research-department at the University. SimNeuro is a simulator designed to simulate Robot deNeuro, an autonomous robot currently under development at CCA. The simulator is a 3D-simulator, that use modern 3D-technology in PC-enviroments to produce as realistic graphics as possible. The simulators primary task is to simplify further development and testing of the robot. Other ways of usage could be for demonstration-purposes, and to be able to compare the robot with other robots in the same field. The simulator can be supervised both locally or thru network, which enables users to work on one robot wherever the user is located. This report includes information about the different tasks that should be solved, how they were solved and how the simulator works.
