Abstract [en]

The market for telecommunication has grown immensely the last years. In addition, there are more and more operators and due to the abolition of the monopoly, these operators can enter into competition. From the telephone subscribers point of view, this has the result in frequent changes in the tele-taxes as well as new operators available. The telephone subscribers are very price-conscious but keeping track of these changes can be difficult. Phone Call Cost Visualiser offers an easy and well thought out solution for keeping the phonecosts at a minimum.
