Abstract [en]
Abstract BW Automation is a small company located in Olofström, Sweden. Their speciality is automatization. The company owns a great experience in production development and turns mainly too the grocery and production industry. In co-operation with BW Automation, we have created a program for packaging of bottles, using a portable robot. The work included not only programming the robot, we also had too couple up parts of the system that's being used. NUM 1040 is a system with a wide area of use that can be applied too almost every automatic application of today's industries. The robot uses three axis, x-, y-, and z-axis, driven by small servo engines. The packaging system also uses two conveyor belts. The operator may easily, without making changes too the code, create a new pattern of the package for new bottles. The result is a well functioning system, where all parts included are satisfied.
