Abstract [sv]

Company improvement project where our task was to analyse and determine present and future outlooks for a company, in our case we cooperated with Frigadon AB. Due to limited economic resourses within the company we decided to look closer on improvements with low costs. We found that imprvement could be done on their website, clientrelations, marketing et c. As we hope and belive that Frigadon will be successful, we also have some improvement ideas with higher costs which could be useful in the future.
