Abstract [sv]

As we have seen during our work, Hotel Tylösand works well with a few shortcomings. There are some small, but not unimportant problems. Some of these are easy to solve, but some are harder and more expensive for Hotel Tylösand. We have discovered problems and found solutions for several problemareas inside the hotel, wich we hope can help Hotel Tylösand to provide better service and more comfort for the guests, or increase the profit for the hotel. We also have suggestions how Hotel Tylösand are going to reach its aim to become number one in its segment conferenshotels.
