Abstract [sv]

This project’s purpose was to reconstruct a poolchair. This chair is used for watergymnastic training in ARJO’s pool. One problem was that the present chair isn’t adjustable vertically without difficulties. With the new construction one person outside the pool easily can regulate the height by rotating a handwheel. Other impotant differences are that the new support for shoulderextension and putting in hydromassage for the back. The seat and the support for the back are made to give the user a more comfortable and stavle feeling. The ergonomic details at the chair are designed to make important trainginexercises possible and to make the patient feel comfortable. The contents are that both the patient and the personnel gets a more easyhandled chair which even gives better rehabilitationopportunities.
