Abstract [sv]

Product improvement project of a ventilation damper. From existing to improved product with all its methods and systematics. The damper is build of four parts. Two blades, a sheet to the shaft that opens the damper and a list that caulk blade and pipe. To put the parts together you start with the blades and weld them with a dot in the centre. Fit the list between them and weld dots around the blade. At last you weld the sheet to the blade. The problem is the list. It’s hard to fit the two blades together because the list will not maintain n place. Our solution is a supportin profile on the list. That makes it easy to put the list on one of the blades before assambling the damper. All welding is done in just one step.
