Abstract [sv]
Det råder konsensus om att humankapitalet är av stor betydelse när det gäller ekonomisk tillväxt för företag. Man har fokuserat denna uppsats på att få ökad förståelse för olika företags attityder till humankapitalet samt hur de hanterar styrningen av detta ur ett ledningsperspektiv. Man har även ställt sig frågan om vad som är nytt med humankapitalet samt vilka förutsättningar som behövs idag, för att underhålla och utveckla humankapitalet. Syftet med uppsatsen har varit att beskriva humankapitalet, undersöka attityder och hantering av humankapitalet samt skapa en modell som anger förutsättningar för att underhålla och utveckla humankapitalet.
