Abstract [sv]

The goal of our project was to create an alectronic tachograph, ETAK (Electronic Tachograph Applied On Kittelock) that easily could be connented to a system called Kittelock. Kittelock is meant to be placed in a vehicle and is built up around a wireless smartcard consistent of a combined key and driving licence. ETAK stores all driving hours and will be connected to heavy goods vehicles. The tochograph’s main tasks are to store data about the vehicle and the driver. Furtermore it keeps track of the driving licence, and in addition to that, store all driving hours for one year on a larger flashmemory in the ETAK-module. Finally all driving hours and other about the vehicle and the driver were going to be archived and presented in Windows at a mobile PC.
