Abstract [en]

We want to develop a deeper understanding about the role of corporate identity and corporate image and to show the difference between the two concepts. We want to show the importance of a complete identity programme by working out a step by step programme for performing and developing a corporate identity, internally and externally. The last of our aims is to show that corporate identity and corporate image are not just management trends but reliable, successful stategies.
