Reliability The reability of the emperical study is dependent on the answers from the interview, but the reliability ought to be high as the Bank as well as the interviewee has been practising Customer Relationship Marketing successfully for quite some time. But it can still be limited because the study is based on only one single company and its experiences. There might also be some interpretation mistakes as the interview was made in Swedish, but these will be marginal if they exist at all.
