Abstract [sv]

The goal with project Rollon was to find and develop a new and better way to smear bread with oil. This is necessery for the bread to sparate from each other efter being in the oven. The old way to do this was spraying. Project Rollon developed a way to applicate the oil directly on the bread using a special plastic roller as a medium. The result was no leakage at all.
