Abstract [sv]

We have developed a gateway that can bridge between two different types of fieldbuses, using two AnyBus Data Transfer modules. We have designed both the hardware and the software for the gateway control unit and we have also designed a configuration program for PC. We have implemented two different types of methods for transferring data between the AnyBus modules, one of the giving the user full control over the data transfer. it has been an interesting project as it has given us the opportunity to work through al steps, from the initial analysis to the realisation of a fully functioning prototype.
