Uppsatsen har som syfte att: Beskriva hur affärskontakter som skapas via mässor bör tillvaratas enligt teorin. Beskriva och analysera hur företagen i vår fallstudie tillvaratar affärskontakter som skapas vi mässor. Beskriva hur datorstöd kan användas som ett verktyg vid mässuppföljningen. Föreslå eventuella rekommendationer till förbättringar, så att de undersökta företagen följer upp sina mässor.
