Abstract [en]

The perspective chosen by authors for this master thesis is the one of the Swedish company. The effects discussed in this master thesis are based on that the European Monetary Union actually will be formed and also the assumption that Sweden chooses to partcipate. Some of these effects will,have impact on Swedish companies no matter if Sweden joins the EMU or not. The effects that the authors are concentrating on are company releted.The authors do also limit this study by excluding a discussion regarding company related tax-and legalissues, since these aspects would further enhance the scope of the study.These issues will only be mentioned briefly.
