Abstract [sv]

The company has a need for automatic counting and registring of the number of printed sheets delivered to customers. Together with that data there is a wich to keep track of the amount of paper consumed and the time spent for a specific order. The system designed for this purpose consists of a laser copy counter, a mechanical switch for the conveyor gate, a button for decreasing the number of packets if any packet is rejected, a adapter board for conditioning the signal, a computer with a plug-in data acquisition board and software to make it possible for the operator to start and control the system.
