Abstract [sv]

Teamster AB has created a system called T2000. This system uses heat sensitive glue in an industrial process. The difference between the actual value and desired value may not exceed 0.5°C. A rapid heating sequence are also required. To obtain these goals you need some sort of controller. The company has been using a PI-controller but it does not meet the requirements. We have constructed a controller that obtains all the set requirements. To succeed we have been using Fuzzy Control. This is a simple way to implement an experts thinking in a system. We think this is a good replacement for todays PID-controllers. Fuzzy Controllers can more easily be implemented into complex systems.
