Abstract [sv]

The powerful reduction of the subventions, that includes all the local gouverments in Sweden since the beginning of the 90’s, has enforced the gouverment services to develop. This essay is an analysis of the consequences and a deskriptive information of four Swedish local gouverments. The result of the analysis shows that, whit help from, among others increased competition, attempt to increase the motivation of the employees and varioues recorganisations, one has succeded to make a more effective and economic activity.
