Abstract [en]

Automotive Spring Ltd is a local manufacture of leaf springs in Sri Lanka who wants to inrease production by 50%. The aim of project Spring Lanka is to make this increase possible by shortening door-to-door time and improving the quality of the final product, Company-, process-, and market analyses have resultet in an analysis research and several improvements. Automotive Springs is interested in implementing this project which will have a short pay-off time.
