Abstract [en]
The study aimed at exploring and describing the special characteristics for this kind of developing programme and identify specific problem areas. This thesis also gives redommendation for improvement of the problem areas found. As all parties parties hav been taken in consideration when conduction the empirical study, in order to get a balance view of all the parties. We have therefore been able to see patterns and from these find crucial areas.
