Abstract [en]
This project outlines some of the main theories associated with buying behaviour within organisations. We discuss in detail the buying decision process, the buying unit and its composition and the environmental and internal influences that effect them. We have outlined some of the main theories that already exist to see whether or not they verify the realistic situation of our sample companies. The questions answered included who within the firm was involved in the decision, the influencs that effected them when making the final purchase and the innovativeness of each company when adopting to new software. All of these questions reflected the pruchase of administration software.
