Rapporten, som skall ses som ett underlag för införande av kvalitetssystem, är uppbyggd så att läsaren skall förstå hur ISO 9002 används i praktiken. Detta har vi försökt åstadkomma genom att först citera texten i ISO 9002 till respektive kapitel, därefter förklaras och ges exempel på tillämpningar av standarden. Där AB Finja Betongs nuvarande rutiner kan tillämpas har dessa dokumenterats i största möjliga utsträckning.
