Abstract [sv]

Uppsatsen belyser konkursproblematiken och inriktar sig främst till att beskriva borgenärens situation i en konkurrs. Uppsatsen behandlar faktorer som utdelningsprocent, kapitalförluster, handläggningstid av ett konkursärende och hur dessa faktorer påverkar borgenärens situation. Dessutom diskuteras vilka åtgärder som kan vidtas för att reducera följkverkningarna i en konkurs.
