Abstract [en]
The purpose of project India Tea is to develop an air supplier for the tea industry. The supplier is intended for the fermenting process. The demand on the Indian tea market is changing towards more quality tea. Many manufacturers are now trying to meet the demand by producing more quality tea. To increase the produced amount of quality tea in a tea factory improvements of the process have to be made. The fermenting process is the area with the highest potential for essential improvements resulting in higher tea quality.
