Abstract [en]

Increased use of digital technologies in healthcare offers healthcare professionals multiple ways to perform tasks and interact with patients and colleagues. We used the JDCS-model to identify employees´ well-being in relation to the use of an eMar. The analysis indicated that the specific technology influenced the work environment for registered nurses and nursing assistants in different ways.
