What significance do institutional factors have in the decision-making process? : A study of the role of collective agreements in regards with flexible decision making. (English)
Abstract [sv]

Abstract [en]

Trade unions and collective agreement have been powerful institutions for a long time in the labor market with great influence over companies and organizations. They aim to represent the laborers interest towards their employers and to increase their influence over the decisions within the organization. It’s hard to find any studies where the collective agreement has been studied as an institutional factor within the decision-making process.
