Abstract [sv]

Bakgrund: Våld mot kvinnor klassas idag som ett betydande folkhälsoproblem världen över. En anmärkningsvärd andel våldsutsatta kvinnor upplever brister i omvårdnaden i kontakt med hälso-och sjukvård. Syfte: Att belysaomvårdnad avvåldsutsatta kvinnor. Metod: En litteraturstudie baseradpåinnehållsanalys av tiokvalitativa artiklardärtrekategorier samt tillhörande underkategorier anpassade utefter syftet identifierades. Resultat: De kategorier som skapades var:Kunskapsom påverkande faktor vidomvårdnadenmed underkategorierna, Kunskap genom utbildning, erfarenhet och medvetenhet, Kunskap färgad av kulturella värderingar och åsikter samt Känslor och attityder relaterat till brist på kunskap. Andra kategorin benämndes Stödsom påverkande faktor vidomvårdnadenmed underkategorierna Stöd i form av samarbete i omvårdnaden, Stöd i form av riktlinjer samt Avsaknad av stöd på organisatorisk nivå. Den tredje kategorin som skapades var Tidsom påverkande faktor vid omvårdnaden med underkategorierna Tid till att bygga tillitsband, Tid till eftertanke samt Tidsbrist som hinder i omvårdnaden. Konklusion: Kunskap om mäns våld mot kvinnor innebaren mer förberedd sjuksköterska vilket generelltmedförde en bättre omvårdnad. Tillgång till stöd och tid underlättade för sjuksköterskan och främjade omvårdnaden ytterligare.

Abstract [en]

Background: Violence against women is today classified as a significant public health problem worldwide. A remarkableproportion of women exposed to violence experience shortcomingsin nursingin contact with health care .Purpose: To illustratethe care of abused women. Method: A literature study based on analysis of ten qualitative articles where three categories and associated subcategories adapted according to the purpose were identified. Results: The categories created were: Knowledge as an influencing factor in nursingwith the subcategories Knowledge through education, experience and awareness, Knowledge colored by cultural values and opinions and  Emotions and attitudes related to lack of knowledge. The second category was calledSupport as an influencing factor in nursingwith the subcategories Support in the form of collaboration in nursing, Support in the form of guidelines and Lack of support at the organizational level. The third category that was created was Time as an influencing factor in nursingwith the subcategoriesTime to buildtrust, Time for reflection andLackof time as an obstacle in nursing. Conclusion: Knowledge of men's violence against women meant a more prepared nurse, which generally led to better nursing. Access to support and time made it easier for the nurse and further promoted nursing.
