medarbetarnas motivation i fastighetsmäklarbranschen.

Ämne: Kandidatuppsats i företagsekonomi, 15 hp

Problemformulering: Vilken betydelse har ledarens situationsanpassade beteenden för medarbetarnas motivation i fastighetsmäklarbranschen?

Syfte: Syftet med studien är att förklara ledarens situationsanpassade ledarskap och dess betydelse på medarbetarnas motivation i fastighetsmäklarbranschen.

Teori: Teorier om uppgifts- och relationsorienterade ledarskapsbeteenden har använts tillsammans med teori om situationsanpassat ledarskapsbeteende. För motivation har det använts teori om interna och externa motivationsfaktorer.

Metod: En deduktiv ansats har använts och studier har skett genom att göra en flerfallstudie. Vi har gjort en kvalitativ studie och sammanlagt har nio personliga intervjuer gett oss den huvudsakliga datan för att komma fram till resultatet. Teorin är insamlad från vetenskapliga artiklar och har legat till grund för resterande studie.

Slutsats: De studerade företagen i fastighetsmäklarbranschen visar på att ledarna använder sig utav ett stödjande situationsanpassat ledarskap och att detta leder till att medarbetarna får intern motivation.

Abstract Title: Isn’t money enough? A study about the leaders impact on the employees

motivation in the real estate business.

The main issue: Which significance do the situational leadership behaviours have for the employees motivation, in the real estate agent business?

Purpose: The purpose with the study is to explain the situational leadership behaviours and its influence on motivation, in the real estate agent business

Theory: Theories about task- and relationship oriented leadership behaviours have been used together with theory about situational leadership behaviour. Theories about internal and external motivators have been used for the study of motivation.

Method: The study is deductive and the data have been collected through a case study. It is a qualitative study and a total of nine interviews have given the main data to find the result. The theory is collected from peer-reviewed articles and has been the foundation for the rest of the study.

Conclusion: The companies that are investigated in the real estate agent business indicate that the leaders use a supporting situational leadership which leads to that the employees get internal motivation.
