Abstract [sv]

Under sommaren 2016 genomfördes en inventering av kärlväxter i området Alet i Halmstad kommun som planeras bli ett naturreservat. Syftet med inventeringen var att undersöka hur kärlväxter förekommer i områdets olika habitat, Aleskogens skog, det civila flygfältets öppna landskap och Västra strandens strand och dyner. Framförallt undersöktes hur växter med ett naturvärde fördelades över området för att sedan kunna jämföra dessa fynd med tidigare rapporterade fynd från platsen. Området har sedan länge stått orört vilket har lett till stora förändringar i landskapet under tidens gång. Områdets förändring speglades i studiens resultat vilket visade att flest olika arter förekom i områdets skog både avseende det totala antalet arter och antalet naturvårdsarter. Resultatet visade även att 40% av de naturvårdsarter som en gång funnits i området har försvunnit över tid och hårdast drabbat var det öppna landskapet då de försvunna arterna nästan uteslutande kunde knytas till detta habitat.    

Abstract [en]

In the summer of 2016 an inventory was performed of vascular plants in the area Alet in Halmstad which is planned to be a nature reserve. The aim of the study was to investigate how vascular plants occur in the different habitats of the area, the forest of Aleskogen, the open landscape of civila flygfältet and the beach and dunes of Västra stranden. Findings of plants with a natural value was of priority to be able to compare these findings with previously reported plants from the area. Alet have been left without management, which has led to major changes in the landscape over time. These changes could be reflected in the results of the study which showed that most species were found in the forest of Aleskogen both regarding the total number of species and species with a natural value. The results also showed that 40% of the species with a natural value that once existed in the area had disappeared. The most affected area were the open landscape where the disappeared species almost exclusively once grew.
