Abstract [en]
National Gummi AB has chosen to improve upon the health of its empolyees by increasing the employees wages with 4 crowns/h if the employees will do physical exercise. The main purpose with this study is to find out employees attitudes and motives surrounding physical exercise. The under lying purpose is to find out employees attitudes to the company's health promotion and see if there is a need for changes within the health program. The method was quantitative and a questionnaire was given to 90 candidates, active as well as inactive. Almost all participants likes exercise, but exercising is more important for those who participates in the exerciseprogram. The most convincing motive to exercise is the health reason as well as the physical well-being. The greatest problem is that of not having enough time. In general, the company's health promotion investment is good.
