Abstract [en]
We have compared size differences (length and width of cephalothorax and clutch length) of the zooplankton Cyclops strenuus (Crustacea: Copepoda) from two different water bodies a eutrophic, temporary pond and an oligotrophic lake. Both located on the west coast of Sweden. A two-sampled T-test showed that there is a significant difference in copepods size between the two lakes. The difference of the copepods body size probably depends on the different levels of food availability.
