Abstract [sv]

This report is based on a project within the ICT (Information and Communication Technology) programme at Halmstad University, Sweden. The work has resulted in an administrative software tailored to the needs of small associations. The system is developed especially for The Nordic Watercolour Association. The economical program is an administrative system that handles information within listing members, bookkeeping and prints. The Association's administrative work has until now mainly been conducted manually. The purpose of the project is to develop a system where one person easily can administer the information flow that today is managed by a larger group of association members. By using the economical program the administrative work of The Nordic Watercolour Association will be substantially rationalized. The system is designed as a software developed in Visual Basic 6.0 connected to a MySQL database.
