Abstract [sv]
The emptying of fermentationvessels at small and middlesized wine-companies is a constant problem since it mainly is done by hand. We have developed a method that makes it possible to separate the wine from the pulp and emptying the pulp from the fermentationvessels automatically. We have explored different methods of pulp-refining. We have consentrated on the refining of the pulp from a Cloudberry-wine made in Sweden by Grythyttan Vin AB.
