Abstract [sv]

The projects purpose was to improve the production efficiency and to analyse the company organisation. These problems were identified: #The disorder in the workshop affects the production and the veneer department is to unefficient. #The company´s new CNC-mill isn´t used enough. #Uncertain payments affects the profitability. #A new proposition for a business concept was developed. #The MD is overloaded with work and needs to be relieved.
