The Internet has spawned an entirely new way of carrying out marketing activities. It allows organisations to complete the whole marketing cycle through one medium. Everything from market research, product developement testing, promotion, advertising, selling, distribution administration and customer service can be carried out on the Internet. However the market place is limited to people who have access to the Internet.
