Abstract [sv]

A digital fitting-room for frames would facilitate both for customers and staff. Money and time can be saved. To realize the system you have to consider how people interact with the program since it is very important that all target-groups can use it. After interviewing staff and customers, the database was designed. The program was implemented to communicate with the database. A program-shell was created with empty functions that were implemented as the project went on. This was done to simplify the testing. When all functions were ready, there was a system with functions that made it possible to administrate user-accounts and frames. Users could easily try frames digitally by searching among frames and click on the search-results to see them on their faces. The chosen frame could be adjusted by dragging the frame-picture with the mouse to the right position. The result was a prototype of a digital fitting-room.
