En undersökning angående varför företag använder sig av personlighetstest. Genom djupintervjuer med fem företag i Halmstad har vi kommit fram till fyra olika användningsområden för personlightetstest; diskussionsunderlag, urvalsmetod, bekräfelse/verifiering och legitimering.
