Abstract [en]

This thesis present a distributed real-time system. The system is characterised by nodes organized in clusters and a gateway node. The gateway node distributes processes in a static manner to specified nodes. Another function of the gateway node is to synchronize the other nodes. When the processes are scheduled on the nodes they performs real-time tasks in a time deterministic and cyclic manner. The gateway node is also a bypass between the development system and the target system, making inspection or changes of the systemduring operation possible. It should be mentioned that project is divided in two sub-project. One is concerned with sofware and the other with hardware. In this thesis the hardwere part is presented.
