Abstract [sv]

Syfte och mål: Projektet har fokuserat på att möta de behov av ledarskap, organisation och innovativt nytänkande som finns inom primärproduktionens hela värdekedja från jord till slutkonsument. I projektets form A har idén utvecklats av aktörer från samtliga led i värdekedjan till att omfatta tre tematiska spår som svarar mot detta (i) analys av värdekedjans samtliga delar med identifiering av hinder och drivkrafter för innovation, (ii) identifiera/utveckla/testa innovationsverktyg samt (iii) identifiera inkubator samt bidra till utvecklandet av en arena för lantbrukssektorn. Förväntade effekter och resultat: Projektets förväntade resultat efter realiserat projekt är att via konstellationsbyggandet skapa förutsättningar för att utveckla och förändra lantbruksföretag, vilket leder till nya arbetssätt och nya affärsmöjligheter. I projektets form A har idén utvecklats baserat på illustrationer av case med innovativa inslag. Genom konstellationsbyggande ser vi att det har utvecklats en grupp med både kompetens och förmåga att realisera idéerna i projektet. Vi ser att vi har lyckats utveckla idéer som både är hållbara ur ett praktiskt, samhälleligt och ett vetenskapligt perspektiv. Upplägg och genomförande: I projektets form A har ingått deltagare från Högskolan i Halmstad, Hushållningssällskapet Halland, SLU, Swerea samt Imallin AB. Inom ramen för projektet har kontakt tagits med Krinova och TransforMat i Kristianstad för att utveckla och inkorporera kompetens om arbetet med affärsutveckling och inkubatorverksamhet för lantbrukssektorn. Möten har genomförts med LRF och Stiftelsen Lantbruksforskning i Stockholm för att stämma av idéer i projektet. Kontakter har tagits med aktörer i värdekedjan. Genomförandet har kännetecknats av diskussioner kring idéer och analyser av case.

Abstract [en]

Purpose and goal: The project has focused the needs of leadership, organization and innovative thinking that exists within primary production throughout the value chain from the farm to the final consumer. In the project part A, ideas have been developed in a team with competence from all parts of the value chain. Three thematic parts corresponding to this have beed identified (i) analysis of the value chain, with identification of barriers and drivers of innovation, (ii) identify/ develop/test innovative tools and (iii) contribute to the development of an innovative arena for the agricultural sector. Expected results and effects: The expected results in the project are, through the team with competence from different parts of the value chain, create conditions to develop and change agricultural enterprises, leading to new ways of working and new business models. In the project part A, the ideas have evolved based on analyses of cases with innovative processes. We have developed a team with both the skills and the abilities to realize the ideas of the project in practice. We have also managed to develop ideas that are both sustainable from a practical, societal and scientific perspective. Approach and implementation: The project part A has included participants from Halmstad University, Halland Agricultural Society, SLU, Swerea and Imallin AB. Contact has been made with Krinova and TransforMAT in Kristianstad to develop and incorporate expertise on working with business development and incubators in the agricultural sector. Meetings were conducted with LRF and the Foundation for Agricultural Research in Stockholm to reconcile the ideas of the project. Contacts have been made with actors in the value chain. The implementation has been characterized by discussions of ideas and analyzes of case.
