Abstract [sv]

Syftet med denna förstudie är att definiera och ta fram ett nytt uppgiftsorienterat (task sharing) annex inom IEA:s forskningssamarbete om fjärrvärme och fjärrkyla för perioden 2018-2020. Inriktningen är praktisk implementering av fjärde generationens fjärrvärmeteknik, som bygger på att fjärrvärme distribueras med lägre temperaturer än vad som sker idag. Målet med förstudien är att få fram det annexavtal som ska definiera annexets forskningsfrågor, mål, omfattning med olika sub-tasks, tidplan, finansiering, intresserade parter samt föreslå annexets samordnare (operating agent).

Abstract [en]

The purpose with this pre-study is to define and negotiate a new task sharing annex during between 2018 and 2020 within the IEA Technology Collaboration Programme on District Heating and Cooling. According to the Executive Committee of this collaboration programme, this new annex should consider the practical implementation of the fourth generation of district heating technology. The objective with the pre-study is to provide the annex text defining the research questions, objectives, scope with sub-tasks, time schedule, funding, interested parties, and suggest an operating agent for this new annex.
