    Abstract [en]

    China as the world’s largest social-media marketing place, its way of marketing is dramatically different from its counterpart in the western countries. This is greatly influenced by China’s special social environment and traditional culture. This study focus on the social marketing methods adopted by Durex and applied in China context. Durex use its official weibo account as the main channels to promote its product, corporate image and interact with consumers. The purpose of the study is to appraise the effect of Durex’s way of social marketing on Chinese consumer’s perceived brand image and consumer purchase intention and to what extent help build their brand equity. The mixed qualitative and quantitative methods are employed in this research. The findings demonstrate that consumers are very acceptable to Durex’s creative way of social marketing and it does help Durex to shape a valuable company brand image.

    Abstract [sv]

    Det har visat sig att när elever får möjlighet att resonera för sina lösningsförslag ökar deras förståelse. Forskning visar att grupparbete har god effekt i arbetet med problemlösningsuppgifter inom ämnet matematik, trots detta har grupparbete som arbetsform minskat. Ett grupparbete kan inte endast appliceras, utan ett samarbete måste också finnas för att det ska vara gynnsamt. Av den orsaken undersöker studien hur elever i årskurs 1 resonerar och samarbetar i grupp i arbetet med problemlösning i matematik. Avsaknaden av tidigare forskning som berör årskurs 1 elevers resonemang gör studien unik. Syftet med studien är att bidra till en större förståelse för hur elever i lägre åldrar samarbetar i grupp när de arbetar med problemlösningsuppgifter inom ämnet matematik. För att besvara frågeställningen: På vilket sätt använder sig elever av resonemangsförmågan i arbetet med problemlösningsuppgifter i grupp i årskurs 1? har fem grupper om fyra elever studerats. Studien har en kvalitativ ansats där olika gruppkonstellationer i årskurs 1 har observerats under fem tillfällen.  Studiens teoretiska utgångspunkt utgår från fyra centrala begrepp; metanivå, objektnivå, effektiv och ineffektiv kommunikation med inspiration från Palmér och Van Bomméls (2016) analysverktyg. Det sociokulturella perspektivet har också varit en del av denna studie. Från resultatdelen framkom det att elever får större möjlighet att resonera i grupp än när de arbetar enskilt. Slutligen gav resultatet att laborativt material var ett effektivt hjälpmedel för att förstärka sitt resonemang och gav dessutom möjligheten att bygga vidare på resonemang. De didaktiska implikationerna denna studie medför är att problemlösningsarbete i grupp kräver utrymme i grundskolans tidigare år. Det möjliggör att elever får öva sin samarbets- och resonemangsförmåga från en tidig ålder. Studien synliggör hur elever använder resonemangsförmågan genom att analysera kommunikationen utifrån meta- och objektnivå. Lärdomar vi tar med oss från studien är att det är givande för elever att arbeta i grupp redan i årskurs ett, och få chansen att öva och utveckla samarbets- och resonemangsförmågan. Ett exempel på vidare forskning skulle kunna vara att undersöka hur laborativa hjälpmedel bidrar när elever resonerar i grupp i arbetet med problemlösningsuppgifter i ämnet matematik.

    Abstract [en]

    The aim with this study was to illuminate the work with loneliness among older people and how assistant nurses work to chart older peoples psychosocial needs with following framing of questions: How does loneliness appear among older people? How does assistant nurses work to chart the work with loneliness among older people according to socialstyrelsens values? How does assistant nurses work with loneliness among older people? To answer those questions, I used seven qualitative semi-structures interviews and then analyzed it from a hermeneutical perspective. With that background, I temathisized the interviews to the concepts aging and loneliness, work with charting of the work with loneliness among older people from Socialstyrelsens values, the teory of activity and the theory of disengagement. The results showed that loneliness among older people was understood through physical disabilities and a lack of social network according to the persons who was interviewed. The work with older people according to Socialstyrelsens values (SFS 2001:453) has shown to be a combination with the theory of activity and the theory of disengagement because of the individually oriented care. According to the three themes and goals of Socialstyrelsens values (SFS 2001:453) to create an individually oriented care, to respect older people and that the staff should have an adequate competence was partly processed according to my respondents answers. The individually oriented care and the respect for the older people were connected when the assistant nurses work with liaisonship, social interactions with the individual and adaptation of the care depending on the individual and situation. It also seems that there are some issues with the charting of older peoples psychosocial needs according to Socialstyrelsens values because of an communication problem between the caretakers and the assistant nurses according to the persons who were interviewed, which means that the goal about adequate education partly is processed.

    Denna studie undersöker om det finns möjligheter att integrera ett hälsofrämjande arbete i litteraturundervisningen genom Judith Langers (2017) didaktiska modell för boksamtal som en literacypraktik. Möjligheterna undersöks med en hermeneutisk forskningsansats som metod. Judith Langers (2017) didaktiska modell för boksamtal som en literacypraktik studeras utifrån en biblioterapuetisk teoribildning framtagen av Arleen Hynes & Mary Hynes-Berry (2012). Resultatet visar att Langers (2017) modell för boksamtal i en literacypraktik skulle kunna fungera hälsofrämjande och därmed möjliggörs det att tillhandahålla litteraturundervisning i skolan som kan fungera för elevers välbefinnande genom att Langers (2017) modell används.

    I slutet av studien prövas Langers (2017) didaktiska modell i sin funktion som en hälsofrämjande aktivitet i en exemplarisk närläsning av boken Slutet (2018) skriven av Mats Strandberg.

    Abstract [en]

    Previous studies in public health show an increase in Common Mental Disorders, and where some socioeconomic indicators are differently associated with the prevalence of mental illness, it’s uncertain to what extent and how the associations displays in a regional public health context. The purpose of the study is to analyze, on the basis of regional data, the association between different socioeconomic indicators (Occupational group, Educational level, and Economic Stress) and Common Mental Disorders in relation to men and women in different age groups and discuss whether there is a socioeconomic gradient in Common Mental Disorders. The results shows that economic stress is highly associated to mental illness for both men and women in their different age groups. The regression analyzes also show gender and age differences both within the indicators' categories and the statistical significance of the correlations. No significant gradient between the various socioeconomic indicators used and Common Mental Disorders could be demonstrated since there were reverse associations within and between the statistical analyzes. The great variat ion in the correlationanalyzes shows that further stratifications can be made both for the independent and dependent variables.

    I dagens samhälle växer medvetenheten kring människors olikheter allt mer i takt med att samhällsklimatet förändras. Vi möter olika och unika typer av människor på daglig basis, både ansikte mot ansikte men också tack vare de olika medier vi omger oss med. Det blir därför mer och mer aktuellt att barnen tidigt får insikt i dessa olikheter och lär sig att ingen person är mer värd än någon annan oavsett vad hen har för kön eller sexuell läggning, vilket också lyfts i läroplanen. En väg mot detta är att arbeta med frågorna i klassrummet och genom den skönlitterära barnlitteraturen. I denna studie är syftet att undersöka vad forskning säger om genus inom modern skönlitterär barnlitteratur samt hur lärare kan arbeta med detta med sina elever för att öka deras förståelse om genus. De frågeställningar vi arbetat med är:

    • Hur framställs genus i den moderna skönlitterära barnlitteraturen?
    • Hur kan lärare arbeta för att öka elevernas förståelse om genus utifrån modern barnlitteratur?

    Vi har genom denna studie funnit att den moderna skönlitterära barnlitteraturen, i kombination med praktiska moment, kan vara ett fördelaktigt verktyg att använda då man som lärare vill arbeta med genus i klassrummet.

    Abstract [en]

    This report presents surveys of various techniques to identify people in a predetermined area. RCWL-0516 radar module and camera monitoring were methods that were investigated and tested. A distance measurement test was done on RCWL-0516, once through different materials and another with sensitivity manipulation of the module. At the same time, we tested various image analysis methods in connection with camera surveillance. In the result, we concluded that video surveillance with image analysis, for example You-Only-Look-Once-algoritmen (YOLO), was a good solution to the problem presented while the radar module was not as suitable.

    Abstract [en]

    For more than a decade the construction of multi-storey wooden houses with more than two storeys was banned in Sweden. In 1994, regulations became function-based and multi-storey wooden houses was allowed once again. Due to the long ban, there is a lack of knowledge regarding multi-storey wooden houses. Despite this lack of knowledge there are still advantages with wooden houses, including the non-existing drying times and low weight, resulting in reduced transport and production times. In the case of wooden modules, the competitiveness increases with these reduced times, however, the technical solutions and needed material changes with the different regulations at different levels, thus affects the costs of modules.

    This study aims to show the change in cost of material and competitiveness due to the different regulations. The study is based of Swedish conditions and interviews with Swedish companies that work with wooden modules.

    Results of the study shows that the competitiveness of wooden modules mostly is affected by the change of fire restrictions and acoustics. With the use of modules, solutions such as savings in foundations is enabled. One conclusion of the study is that construction, production, transport times and environmental aspects impacts the competitiveness most. This enables modules to reduce the price by 10-15% in cases that require few detailed and architectural solutions compared to other construction alternatives.

    Abstract [en]

    Sailing has gone from being an effective mode of transport to now only be a hobby. The main reason for this is that the sailboats have not had the same rate of development as other modes of transport. The main reason for this is that the sail is attached to a mast which creates a large heeling angle on the boat.

    Volare's solution to the problem is to use a kite sails instead of the traditional sail making so that torque is minimized considerably, which in turn means that you can reach significantly higher speeds.

    Volare has developed a unique solution for launch of a kite on sail boats, which contains several patented solutions. The product project team has developed stands up well against the competition in the market as it is easy to use, designed to launchas by only one person and that it takes up little space on the boat when not in use.

    With a less heel and higher speed are Volare on the way to creating the future way to sail.

    Abstract [en]

    Background: Fibromyalgia is a chronic syndrome and is one of the most common rheumatic syndromes that predominantly affect women. It has emerged that only drug treatment for fibromyalgia is not enough as a symptom relief for people with fibromyalgia. there is a need for increased knowledge of other nursing measures and treatment methods instead of just relying on drug treatment. Aim: The purpose of this study was to map non-pharmacological interventions and their effects on people with fibromyalgia. Method: The study was conducted as a general literature study where the result contains 14 scientific articles. Results: The results are presented in categories with effects on pain, mental health, bodily functions and quality of life. The literature study's results showed positive effects of symptom relief in these non-pharmacological interventions: aerobic training, breathing exercises, exergames, flexibility training, mindfulness, resistance training, music therapy, stretch training, strength training and tai chi. The effects noted in this study were less perceived pain, depression and decreased use of drugs. Conclusion: Each individual non-pharmacological intervention in the result is considered to be fully useful in the care and relief of symptoms in people with fibromyalgia. It is considered that further research is needed to identify a full range of non-pharmacological interventions and their effects in alleviating the suffering of people with fibromyalgia.

    Abstract [en]

    More conservation programs directed towards insects are needed in order to prevent the continue decline in which many insect species in the world are heading to. New ways to use the remaining microhabitats are needed to mitigate the fragmentation and degradation that urbanization and modern agriculture have contributed to in the southern Swedish landscapes. This study focusses on how microhabitats like road-verges can help the conservation projects of pollinating insects. To increase the knowledge about three groups of pollinators (Apidae, Rhopalocera and Syrphidae) and their distribution between two different microhabitats, a malaise trap was set up in road verges and in sample locations further away from the road-verges. The result from this study shows that road-verges are a microhabitat that could work as mitigation to the decline of some pollinating species, if right actions are taken. This study shows that Syrphidae was most acceptant to the hostile environment close to the roads. If these actions are going to help the most treated species is still unknown.

    Abstract [en]

    As digitalization increases in speed and we become more digital, changes are brought upon every part of society, not least our workplaces. While these changes often create efficiency in organizations, they also come with high demands on individual learning and well-being. Leaders play a central role in change processes, thus improvingleadership is of utmost importance. The purpose of this study was to examine leaders’perception of job demands, resources and learning in an organizational digital change process and contribute to the body of research with understanding of what creates success and health promotion in such change processes. To examine and answer the research questions, eight semi-structured interviews were held with leaders from the care office of the municipality. The interviews were transcribed and analyzed using conventional qualitative content analysis. The results from this study show that theleaders’ positive attitude towards digitalization induce wellbeing and that individualmotivation drivers are important resources to support healthiness. The study also finds that the most prominent demand that leaders experience in the digitalization process is to be a good role model. Further, the results show that occasions for education and reflection regarding digitalization are main drivers to promote leaders’ learning.Success is created from having a positive attitude, individual motivation drivers, a supportive learning environment for formal learning, and opportunities for informal learning. For an organizational digital change process to be health promotional, motivation and support are important factors as they create opportunities for improvement of well-being and learning at the workplace.

    Tal i bråkform anses som ett arbetsområde som både lärare anser är svårt att lära ut och eleveratt lära, särskilt när det är i kombination med en tallinje. Forskning visar att mycket avmatematiken framförs via envägskommunikation, oftast genom lärare till elev. Samtidigt visarforskningen även att flervägskommunikation är en väsentlig del i matematiken för att nå enhögre kunskapsnivå. Syftet för denna studie är att utveckla kunskaper om hur resonemang kanbidra till elevers lärande om tallinjen i en årskurs 3. Följande frågeställningar är: Vilka typerav resonemang kan identifieras i 33 elevers diskussioner om tallinjen? På vilka sätt bidrarresonemang till lärande i grupp? 33 elever deltog i studien och klassens mångkulturellavariation kan anses som låg. Bakgrunden förklarar centrala begrepp och tidigare forskningsom går i linje med studiens ämne. Detta är en kumulativ studie, som innebär att dennastudies resultat har som grund pålitlig tidigare forskning (Cronehed, 2009: 52). Resultatetvisade att arbete i grupp och användandet av resonemang hade tendenser till att utöka eleversförmåga att resonera, samt utveckla matematiska kunskaper om tal i bråkform i samband medtallinjen. Kreativt matematiskt resonemang visade större tendenser för utvecklad kunskap ände övriga resonemangen. Studiens resultat visade även att den med viss sannolikhet går attanvända inom hela matematiken som skolämne, både enskilt och i grupp. I rubriken”didaktiska implikationer” anges vad verksamma pedagoger kan ha för nytta av det resultatet idenna studie givit. Pedagoger kan använda sig av resonemang för att gynna elevers lärande igrupp. I synnerhet kreativt matematiskt resonemang, då det visade störst tendens till lärande.Pedagogerna bör även se värdet av att arbeta i grupp och vilka möjligheter det kan medföra.

    Syftet med studien är att få en djupare förståelse för förskollärares tolkning av vilka arbetssätt de använder för att erbjuda en likvärdig språkutveckling för barn i behov av särskilt stöd. Detta undersöktes med forskningsfrågan; vad har förskollärare för föreställningar om en likvärdig språkutveckling och sitt arbete med språkutveckling hos barn i behov av särskilt stöd. Studien utgår ifrån hermeneutik som teori och metod samt genomfördes med semistrukturerade intervjuer. Utifrån studiens resultat framkom det att förskollärares arbete mot en likvärdig språkutveckling utgår ifrån användande av olika arbetssätt. Forskning samt studiens resultat pekar på att barn i behov av särskilt stöd gynnas av alternativa kommunikativa arbetssätt för att uppnå en likvärdig språkutveckling i förskolan.
